MarriageLegals™ will comply with the ten national privacy principles in the handling of personal information of trainees / employees.

1. Collection - MarriageLegals™ will collect only the information necessary for one or more of its functions. The individual will be told the purposes for which the information is collected.

2. Use and disclosure - Personal information will not be used or disclosed for a secondary purpose unless the individual has consented or a prescribed exception applies.

3. Data quality - MarriageLegals™ will take all reasonable steps to make sure that the personal information it collects, uses or discloses is accurate, complete and up to date.

4. Data Security - MarriageLegals™ will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information it holds from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Gathering of Information
To use some of our services users are require to register as Members. The information required includes email address, name and other demographic data.

Use of Information
Our primary goal in collecting user information is to enhance your experience on our Web site. We achieve this goal by using the information that you provide to tailor our features and site to the needs of our users.

Several of our services require a user to provide an email address. The registered email address is used for this purpose. To maintain contact with our users we will periodically send electronic newsletters which contain content we believe would be of interest to our members.

Most of our email based services to our members are opt-in. Members always have the ability to suspend all email from the MarriageLegals™ site.

At times we may also send Advertising material originating from MarriageLegals™ to our members.

In the case of a breach of the terms and conditions of our website we reserve the right to provide the details of the offender to the appropriate Association/Client for any action they wish to take regarding the breach.
